Technology is inescapable. It has been since humans discovered how to start their own fires.

At the end of the day, technology - including AI - has always been chaotic neutral. A tool whose harm or benefit depends entirely on its users and administrators.

(Effective) Leadership is a reciprocal relationship with the purpose (mind), team (body), and vision (spirit) that drive the work you do.

Relationships are at the core of every human thing. This feels like stating the obvious, but so many of the leadership models and training out there have a weird way of addressing this.

The reason why most change initiatives fail is because they are trying to control either body or mind. Or they are trying to use one to control the other. But the issue is that conversations - at least in the context of mind and body - are not about power and control. They are about reciprocal relationships.
