3 Questions for Visionary Leaders

  1. What drives your decision making as a leader?

    Are fear, anxiety, or other emotions driving your decisions? Is it ego and pride? Is it a sense of obligation to others? What is motivating you to act?

  2. Does that align with your values?

    Think about what you value as a leader. Are your actions a reflection of those values?

  3. How do you know that your communication is aligned with your actions and your values?

    If you are talking the talk, you need to walk the walk for people to trust you. Do you have any evidence to support that you’re doing what you say you’re going to do?
