1:1 Coaching

We start with an assessment of your presenting concern followed by recommendations to help you accomplish your specific goals. Together we determine which recommendations most align with your needs and I provide support and guidance as you experiment with them. 

$150/hr or $500/month

Group Coaching

For groups and teams navigating change together. Includes biweekly group coaching to support and improve team dynamics, strategic planning, and creative growth. Have a specific goal you’d like to work on together? We can address that as well.

$100 per person/month for groups of 5-10 people

Training and Consulting

Customized trainings or Strategic Planning support to address issues of burnout, creative problem solving, and navigating change.
